Empowering Citizens to Maintain and Improve Their City
The City of San Antonio struggled with an outdated system for handling citizen reports about urban issues. Their heavy reliance on call centers created inefficiencies, while citizens had no way to track their reports or see outcomes. I partnered with Irys to reimagine the SA311 app, transforming it from a basic reporting tool into an engaging civic platform that builds community around urban improvement.
