Product Design
Urvita is a real estate development and hospitality company. In 2019, they conceived a business idea to explore: dividing each building into square meters and inviting people to purchase them, thereby earning from the rents. This opportunity required building a new company from the ground up in a highly regulated industry with a steep learning curve, all without external funding.

Opportunity
Why own an entire building when you can own just what you need? Urvita saw a future where real estate investment wasn’t reserved for the wealthy elite. What if you could own just a square meter of a building and see returns on its success? This was the bold idea that sparked Urvita’s journey—a journey filled with ambition, challenges, and innovation.
Challenge
The biggest ideas often face the biggest resistance. Real estate is one of the most regulated and risk-averse industries. Urvita wasn’t just launching a product; they were building an entirely new financial model—without external funding, in an industry dominated by legacy systems and complex regulations. The road ahead was anything but easy.
Solution
Real estate investing should be as easy as buying a cup of coffee. Our goal was to create a digital experience that would make investing in real estate as simple as buying stocks. We needed to build a product that was intuitive, legally compliant, and scalable—while ensuring trust and engagement from potential investors.

Every great product starts with a simple question: Does this idea truly solve a problem?
01 — Define and validate the business idea
Before investing in design and development, we needed to ensure Urvita’s core idea was viable. Through research, ideation, and user validation, we explored investor behaviors, regulatory constraints, and business feasibility. By defining the problem clearly and validating potential solutions, we built a foundation that ensured we were solving a real need—not just chasing an idea.

An idea is only as strong as its execution—testing early ensures we build what truly matters.
02 — Define & Test MVP
With the core concept validated, we moved swiftly into prototyping and testing. Through rapid iteration, we developed an MVP that embodied Urvita’s value proposition, allowing early users to interact with key features. Testing helped us uncover usability pain points, refine the user journey, and ensure that our platform was intuitive, engaging, and aligned with investor needs.

A seamless user experience isn’t an accident—it’s the result of thoughtful strategy and intentional design.
03 — Digital Product Strategy & Design
The next step was translating insights into a scalable, intuitive digital experience. Using journey mapping and service blueprints, we detailed every interaction, ensuring a smooth investor journey from discovery to transaction. With UX/UI design at the core, we crafted an interface that was simple, clear, and engaging—bridging the gap between real estate investment and digital accessibility.

A great product isn’t just built—it’s nurtured, guided, and continuously improved.
04 — Product leadership
Building Urvita wasn’t just about development—it required strong product leadership to align stakeholders, prioritize features, and maintain a clear vision. By implementing agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and keeping the user at the center of every decision, we ensured the platform evolved strategically. Product leadership played a crucial role in keeping momentum, solving roadblocks, and setting Urvita up for long-term success.

Execution is where vision meets reality—building a product that evolves with user needs.
05 — Iteration cycles
With a strong strategy in place, we transitioned into development with an agile mindset—prioritizing iteration, adaptability, and continuous testing. By integrating user feedback at every stage, we ensured that Urvita’s platform evolved organically, addressing real-world challenges while staying true to the core vision. The result? A scalable product built for both present needs and future growth.
%20-%2006_Design%20Handoff.png)
Great design doesn’t stop at the concept—it must be built with precision and purpose.
06 — Design Handoff
A successful handoff is more than just transferring files—it’s about ensuring the integrity of the vision remains intact. We provided developers with fully detailed UI components, prototypes, and documentation, ensuring clarity in implementation. This phase ensured that every interaction, visual detail, and functionality worked seamlessly, maintaining the polished experience we had envisioned from the start.
Impact
More than just transactions, turning an idea into a movement—Urvita is changing the way people think about investing. Urvita launched with an entirely new perspective on real estate investment. A digital-first approach, simplified transactions, and an engaging user experience attracted a new generation of investors. It wasn’t just about properties anymore—it was about access, ownership, and financial empowerment.
Insights
Urvita’s experience reinforced the importance of bold execution, ensuring that big ideas are backed by strategic action. Trust emerged as a critical factor, particularly in the fintech and real estate industries, where transparency can make or break user confidence. Lastly, agility proved essential—prioritizing iteration and real-world feedback over perfection allowed the platform to evolve dynamically, ensuring it met investor needs in a rapidly changing market.
The journey doesn’t end here. Urvita continues to refine and expand, proving that real estate investment can be modern, inclusive, and digitally driven.
